Mustafa Panshiri on Social Attitudes

On this episode, Ayaan talks with Mustafa Panshiri about how to successfully integrate migrants from countries like Afghanistan and Somalia into Western cultures. They discuss clan systems, differences between cultures, and the juggling of multiple identities that immigrants handle when integrating into a new society. 

Mustafa Panshiri is a former police officer, writer and lecturer. He was born in Afghanistan and moved to Sweden as a young boy. Today, he helps guide new immigrants through Swedish society and is working to bridge the cultural gap between Sweden and Afghanistan.
